How ESA Works


Begin by identifying your organization’s Authorized Change Request (ACR). This individual submits system change or add-on subscription service requests. As requests are received, your assigned ESA reviews them to ensure a seamless, accurate delivery.

All ESA subscribers receive:

  • Premium support handling and rapid response
  • Dedicated account management to aid in periodic reviews
  • Process optimization and back-end configuration changes upon request
  • Additional one-time or ongoing services upon request
  • Note: Subscribers may designate up to three ACRs from the organization or partner firm to collaborate with an Emburse Solution Administrator.

Premium Support

ESA subscribers enjoy exclusive access to Tallie Premium Support, which includes:

  • Responses within two hours for all emails and voicemails submitted during Customer Support’s regular business hours
  • Dedicated ESA-subscriber support phone number
  • Priority placement in the support chat queue

Cases that require follow-up resolution are assigned a priority of Urgent or Normal. Urgent cases receive status updates every four business hours, and are qualified as:

  • Your services are substantially inoperable with a high impact to multiple users, including security issues
  • A product feature is not working, or a substantial performance problem exists which prevents a user from creating, saving, or submitting a transaction

Dedicated Account Management

Whether you subscribe to ESA or ESA for Accounting Partners, your account manager provides ongoing consultation to optimize the value you receive from Tallie, including:

  • Quarterly business reviews to discuss improvements, usage, and support case history
  • Periodic review of release notes and assistance with driving new feature adoption
  • Update configuration change statuses and track evolving business needs
